The game
getTilted is a free-to-play arcade game from Cairnville Industries. It is in development. You fly through gaps, collect coins, and play for score. How the game plays can change before release.
Licence
When the game is available to you, Cairnville Industries gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play it. You do not own the game, its name, or its artwork.
Push notifications
After a finished run, the game may ask cairnville.com to notify a friend who was just passed, and the player who lost the number 1 spot, as described in the getTilted privacy policy. That call uses the player’s Firebase sign-in. Do not send those notifications except through the game.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the game or its services, and do not use them to harm other players.
Stores
getTilted does not have a store listing yet. If it is listed later, the store’s terms apply as well.
Liability
The game is in development. It is provided without a promise that it will stay available, uninterrupted, or unchanged.
Governing law
The governing law for these terms is still to be confirmed. It will be added here before these terms are relied on.
